At ASP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the box to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
